In 2016, Housing Up will serve more than 600 families in Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Affordable Housing programs.

  • 52% lived in emergency shelters before entering a Housing Up program
  • 21% gained/retained employment
  • 35% of employed families increased their incomes

RAPID RE-HOUSING:

  • 167 families served
  • 88% maintained stable housing
  • 59% lived in emergency shelters before entering a Housing Up program
  • 56% gained/retained employment
  • 46% of employed families increased their incomes

AFFORDABLE HOUSING:

  • 298 families served
  • 100% occupancy rate

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING:

  • 13 families served
  • 99% maintained stable housing
  • 85% lived in emergency shelters before entering a Housing Up program
  • 64% gained/retained employment
  • 74% of employed families increased their incomes
