It’s Official: PA2 Has Closed on Financing!

The much anticipated closing and NTP (Notice to Proceed) for the renovation of our Partner Arms 2 building both took place in March 2018. The closing date was March 13. Our general contractor, Commercial Construction, mobilized on April 3, and has been working on the site every day since.

When completed (anticipated 1st Quarter 2019), the building will be upgraded with a new roof along with interior and exterior finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades.  In addition, two of the existing units on the 1st and 2nd floor will be combined into one, two-story unit, Unit 104, resulting in 12 units of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for formerly homeless families with physical and/or mental disabilities.
