Living in the City is Almost Here! Celebrate with Us on 10.8.2025

We’re less than 10 days away from our biggest fundraiser of the year, Living in the City! You are invited to join us on Wednesday, October 8, from 6 to 8 PM. All proceeds from the Living in the City go directly to the families we serve; not a cent is spent on event expenses or overhead.
This year, we’ll hear from Ms. Mack, a Housing Up permanent supportive housing (PSH) client, about her journey to safe and stable housing. Learn how quality, affordable housing helped her transform her life and achieve her goals. Don’t miss out on a truly memorable evening of connection and community celebration.

Where: Canvas Event Space (1418 W Street NW, Washington, DC 20009). Entrance to Canvas is in the alley between W St. and V St. See map.

With the 2025-2026 school year in full swing, we are gearing up for our fall volunteer tutoring program. While tutoring is a key piece of our youth enrichment programming, did you know that we also offer educational support to the adults living in our affordable housing communities? At Housing Up, we provide services to students of all ages, whether they are just starting or continuing their educational journey.
