Housing Up Brings More Affordable Housing to Ward 4
As the need for affordable housing in the United States continues to grow, Housing Up is proud to partner with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and several D.C. government agencies to produce 129 units of affordable senior housing at 218 Vine Street NW in Ward 4.
In March 2019, Mayor Bowser announced a major investment in affordable housing, including the development of 218 Vine Street. Housing Up will provide case management for the permanent supportive housing residents at this building. As we enter another challenging year for the communities we serve, we support Mayor Bowser’s continued commitment to building and preserving affordable housing in the District.
