Living in the City 2020: We can’t thank you enough
All of us at Housing Up would like to express our most heartfelt thanks for attending Living in the City 2020. Because of your generosity, we raised over $90,000 to help the more than 700 families we serve navigate COVID-19 and maintain their safe and affordable housing.
We began the event with a message from our President & CEO, Phil Hecht, who addressed how COVID-19 has disproportionately affected our residents and offered our gratitude to you, for whom we could not accomplish our mission without. We also heard from our friends at Somerset Development Company who shared the value in (and responsibility of) corporations threading community service throughout their mission, and from our loyal community who toasted to Housing Up’s 30 years of service. Most notably, we listened to two Housing Up families tell their stories of hardship and hope.

Though Living in the City 2020 has passed, there is still time to support the families we serve through our virtual auction. In this incredibly difficult and uncertain time, we don’t take this ask lightly and greatly appreciate your support.
